Refund & Returns Policy – feltlite

At feltlite, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade seagrass bowl baskets with care and sustainability in mind. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help with a fair and hassle-free return policy.


Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your basket must:
✔️ Be unused and in its original condition.
✔️ Be in the original packaging to ensure safe transit.
✔️ Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Customized or personalized baskets.
❌ Baskets that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited back to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable time:

🔹 Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be posted).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error).
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Gifts

🎁 If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🔸 Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
